1. Returns: You have 30 calendar days from receipt to return eligible items.

2. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection within 24-48 hrs. Refund via original payment method.

3. Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless error is ours.

4. Services: For rendered services (Pasakay/Padala), written cancellation required 1 week before implementation.
